Poor Technical serives and worst Customer Care

Airtel which once used to be very good in customer care of which I was proud of is not has started behaving as a very poor service provider.

Plenty of issues I have faced recently are listed below.

1. My Wifi was not working properly and the problem was open for more than 10 days. The service request number for this was 45091098. There are 3 members in my house who use wifi for their regular work and their work has suffered a lot due to wifi not working. Only one person was able to work using LAN cable with the modem.

2. The Wifi services are in better shape now but still they give trouble at times and it has been many times I have asked for replacement of wifi modem as I face frequent disconnections but there has been no action on it. Can I have an answer when is the WIFI Modem going to be replaced?

3. I asked for a compensation of problem in WiFi for which various requests were filed. As per TRAI regulations if a request number is pending for more than 7 days the compensation amount is to be given is for 15days of the rental. I got a call and this compensation was approved. But now customer care people say that this has been rejected on the grounds that the internet usage is there during that time. But, as I told that wifi was not working and only one member was able to work at a time using a LAN cable. There is a difference in WIFI and LAN. I pay for WIFI services and if only one person can use the internet what is the use of Wifi connection? I surely need a compensation for that. The last reference number for these request was 46099070.

4. There are plenty of things I am being charged for several months which I asked to discontinue. Which include 1. Online Gaming 2. Online Desktop Storage. I am being charged so much for these services and for so m any months. Why shall I pay for these? And today also when I called them there systems are under maintenance and they can not take my service requests.

5. Most of the times their systems are in upgrade mode. How and when will they take our complaints?

Please Look into the matter. The harassment caused by them should not be responded well.
