No Mobile Network for Quite a Long Time

I am Dr. Shilpi Das, SMO, Digulturrung Tea Estate, residing at about 17 Km. away from Doomdooma Town. It is a very remote area. I have a BSNL Postpaid mobile, and it has been linked with all my day to day activities including my banks services. For last few weeks the service of BSNL Mobile Network from Baghjan Tower was found to be missing most of the time and of late it is not serving at all for last one week causing much trouble to the consumers of the entire locality of Baghjan- Digulturrung. Airtel, Aircel, Reliance etc. are giving good service in this area since they have been introduced here. But why BSNL cannot provide their service regularly has come out to be a big question mark. Last year also we have faced this type of situation for about 3-4 months and it was restored. But it lasted only for 5-6 months. Many a sources hint and question at something fishy in management of generator service of the Baghjan Tower during power cut. I shall be thankful to the authorities if they try to resolve it as early as possible to save consumer like us from all mental agonies.
