Block and issue new sim

Dear Sir,

I lost my mobile handset bearing BSNL sim card today, now i want to block this number immediately to prevent misuses. Please block this and i also want duplicate sim card, provide me detailed information about it. If it is possible by here only then please do it for me. I would be thankful to you.
