Phone dead repeted

Dear sir,

My land line no 08644-220209 BSNL network last 5 working days phone sound not clarity, this tipe of problem so many times repeted complient in BSNL office but no one respond, BSNL persons are not intrested in rural area complients, every month phone dead, sound clarity, out of service problem, so please respond my problem and solve this issue
