Hi, i have taken a post paid bsnl sim from haldia office in the set at that time for internet i have to pay 198rs and security deposit of 500, billing limit of 1000 only.the consumer care executive in chiranjibpur bsnl exchange office does not have any idea of roaming applicability on the sim.he told me that its national roaming on internet usages.after atwo months of use it automatically disconnect and i checked that its due to unpaid bill.i mailed this case to the zonal office in kharagpur, but in case of there action, the executive called me and ask for the reason of the complaint.now they gave me a billing notice of the unpaid bill with interest with total amaount 15, ooo.i cant pay the bill and want for a legal action against the employee and bsnl.
