Sub: Interruption in broad band services: Phone No. 0512-2602943 (BSNL)

Sir,

I have a telephone connection and broad band connection on phone No. 0512-2602943. It is stated that telephone working properly but the broad band services are irregular till date. I have booked a complaint on automatic complaint No. 198 as per details given below:

Complaint ID No. 1) 61008419365 dated 30/05

2) 61008538065 dated 23/06

3) 61008775938 dated 26/06

G.M. Office, Kanpur, UP: 0512-2361414 dated 26/06 his PS has told me to take necessary action but it is regretted to say that inspite of above complaint, but the problem has not been resolved by the BSNL, Kanpur, U.P.
