My landline number is 0487- 2278963 (kodannur exchange) for the past 2 and half months, the telephone and the internet is not working. I have complained at BSNL office kodannur, cherpu and thrissur and also at public grievance in person as well as by phone and through BSNL complaint register; but there is no positive response or action taken so far. we have done advance payment of bill for one year we urgently require internet for study purpose and business needs. inspite of constant complaining in bsnl complaint booking there is no response but contradictorily its indicated complaint close when the complaint has not been corrected. this is a great fault from the service.
