L/L telephone no.24073585 is dead

L/Line tele no 24073585 is not working for the last about one week. I had tried to contact and register complaint on phone. Telephone rings but no one

answers. I had also tried to register complaint on line but the websites are so confusing that even after 2days trial icould not register. I am a senior citizen nearing 70, it is not possible to go around the offices. finally I found this site and registering my complaint. Please do needful to restore the line.
