i had registered a computerized complaint around 20 days back for my bsnl broadband and land line connection.
i have been continuously calling them and complaining regarding the same . but every time they have the same excuse that it will get fine in a day or two. since broadband is not working my work has been suffering a lot. In the month of January also we faced the same problem. for a month the connection was out of service and when it comes to take money then they don't adjust.
i request you to please look into the matter and get the fault cleared. I also want the refund for the previous months service as i have hardly used it.
