I am a Subscriber of BSNL Landline (23452469) and Broadband for the past 1.5 years. Recently I made a shift to a new place and to my utter surprise in the lates bill I have been again charged for security deposits of Modem, Broadband.
This is just not acceptable as I have paid these charges in the first bill itself.
Please look into the matter immediately.
