I am very grieved to tell you that BSNL is fooling people. It is charging us for the service for which i have not subscribed. Yesterday a call from bsnl came, regarding subscribing its various service. I rejected the call without dialing any no which computer asked to dial to subscribe. And right after that call a massage came which informs me that i have been charged RS 20 for certain hello tune. I called the customer care and complaint against this loot. I was quiet very shocked to see their behaviour. They were not ready to accept this and hence refused to refund the charged amount. though they asked me to send back message to 56700 and write unsubscribe in my message box and send it back on 56700. I did the same soon after that i received a message that i have successfully been unsubscribed. I thought it was over but i was wrong, today again they same service charged RS 12 for the same hello tune. then again i called the customer care regarding this cheat but they blamed me, the user for this. Instead of looking into the matter they in the name of duty, gave me a complaint number which is C0HP894050.
Company is looting people. I believe that authorities will certainly pay attention to this theft and will take action against company.
