I have had a TATA DOCOMO pre-paid connection for over a year now, but never has such a thing ever happened. Just when I was thinking I had the best connection around, came this bomb!

I have been calling the TATA DOCOMO customer care from last three day continuously, but didn't get any kind of support.

I have not subscribed any kind of service from docomo like Cricket alerts, Shayari alerts, Joke alerts but still the money is deducted from my account. From last 3 days i am fighting to get my refund back but the executive are not giving good service, even some of them refuses to talk. 65 Rs. deducted without any kind of activation. The activation is at TATA DOCOMO's end not from my side. I have never seen this kind of bad service ever before.

TATA DOCOMO is good as long as nothing goes wrong with your connection. Once it does, though, Customer Service just refuses to take accountability for anything and asks the customers to bear the brunt even though its THEIR fault. Totally crappy! I will never, ever recommend TATA DOCOMO to ANYONE.
