Network Problem

Hi,

I am Prerna. There is an many problems with BSNL mobile network. I am facing

this problem many times. I am not able to make calls what the problem going on

resolve this issue.since BSNL is one of the largest mobile networking company

how is they so irresponsible about their service providing?
