I am a cellone prepaid subscriber of siliguri, my mob no. 9474092698. Today I received a service messege saying that Rs. 28/- has been deducted from my balance for activating a caller tune, which I never requested. I simply want my money back and do not need any caller tunes in my phone. Please do not try to disturb me in the future by doing such odd jobs from your end.
