Dear sir,
Im a suscriber of cellone mobile service providers with cell number 9448013433 . I have been facing serious network problems and when I call up customer care they behave very harshly and rude and refuse to take complaint and even decline me harshly when I ask then to transfer my call to their authority . my complaint is there has been a hello tune a song which plays when somebody calls me past months and Im trying to de activate it but in vain. Customer care executives are behaving like hoodlums and not at all registering my complaint however I heard that the technicians are paid by other companies to force customers out. Im submitting this complaint with optimism that you might help me
