Poor service-land line

Service provided by airtel while rectifying defects in landline and broadband of late has been poor to say the least.my home telephone has been out of order for over 48 hours now..to some extent that may be acceptable, however what is certainly not acceptable is shoddy response. i had loged my complaint on 26 mar forenoon and was given service request no 44560904 and informed that my request would be resolved by 26 mar by19:01:50 hrs.surprise surprise while no engineer visited the premises... on calling up 198 on 27 mar iwas informed that my request has been resolved, eventhough my telephone remained dead as a dodo!!! i am know informed that the request would be attended to within next 24 hrs.if this is the response then what the big deal in giving such an exact timings..ie, 26 mar by 19:01:50 in the first instant..i nearly thought that airtel was going to launch a rocket based engineering team!!! anyway i have to wait and see when my telephone will be rectified
