MY CELLONE NO IS 09422318662. MY OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN BARRED AS THERE AS PAYMENT DUE. I HAVE PAID TODAY ONLINE THROUGH CREDIT CARD MY ENTRE AMOUNT. SINCE AFTERNOON I HAVE CONTINOUSLY TRIED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL 24365 FOR INFORMING THEM TO START MY OUTGOING CALLS. HOWEVER I HAD BEEN CONTINOUSLY KEPT ON HOLD WITH THE MESSAGE THAT THEY SHALL CONTACT ME AS THEY ARE BUSY. HOWEVER THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO.
THIS IS A REGULAR FEATURE WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL.
