No network coerage

Sir,

I am Dipayan Mukherjee with mobile number 9477424756, live in madhyamgram, kol-700129.I am not getting any network coverage since last four months. Though I have made 10-12 times complain in customer care but still no action is yet been taken, Please take some immediate action or I have to opt for some other Mobile service. I hope you will take suitable actions immediately.
