They steal money in the name of giving tunes which I nevever wanted

BSNL steals my money RS.30/- for providing tunes of stupid cine songs / BSNL promotional songs without my consent. every month. All their customer care give advice only; never care to take the complaints. The deactivation procedure of 56700 also so callous of attending the request. Insisting us to continue the tunes and without hesitation steal the money again.

Please advice me how do I go about RTI and fix the daylight robbery by a third party through the BSNL.
