Regular deduction against Jokes on SMS, Which I have not requested & I do not want

My Tel No is 9439044501.

I am getting unauthorised deduction from my balance against VAS for sending Jokes over SMS. I have not asked for the same nor I like it.

I want to discontinue this. CAN ANY ONE HELP.
