Dear Sir,
I have purchased nokia handset 1508 CDMA (Bill No. 2998 dtd. 11.09.10) from "Eshka Communication, 221, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-10006.
It has been observed that handset automatically gets switched off inspite of being fully charged. I have visited Nokia customer care at "Gulati Communication, F-12, Baghat Singh Market, Near Goal market" where it has been told that some software need to be installed in it hence i have submitted by handset for repair purpose on 15.10.2010.
Now no action has been taken yet and when i have contacted Nokia service centre it has been told that it will take another one weeks time to get it repaired.
My grievances are as below:-
1. Why newly purchased Nokia handset (1508 CDMA) run into this technical snag??
2. Why is it taking too long to rectify this problem??
I request to take early action in this regard.
