Bsnl cell one sim
Non refund of security amount

Dear sir,

I had received bsnl mobile sim in the name of amrit kaur for mobile no 9414074035 on 31/03 after depositing rs-2700 /- as security. I surrendered the same on 29 Aug but i could not receive the security amount till date dispite of my several correspondence. Now i had been shifted to ambala. Kindly do advise how can i get the security amount.
