My above BSNL Cell phone No. 9865665830 to be reactivated immediately. The said cell phone is "life Card" SIM. I was used since 5 years without any problems. But unfortunately the SIM was abroad since 14 months, could not used. Whenever trying to use last Sept it was blocked without any information. This is number is very important and necessary for transactions. Please reactivate immediately. Meanwhile we were told when purchsed the SIM, it is life card and it will not be blocked, so that we NRI bought this SIM. What is meaning of "life card" This "life card" will not be blocked.
