I had a nikia mobile model no. N72 Unfrotuanately it had demaged in the month of Nov. 2009. Then I handed over it to Nokia Care centre of Chandmari, Guwahati, Assam, Pin-781003. They had replaced the mobile with another Mobile Sl. No. 359570013751929, but sir it is very unfortunate that the new Mobile set is also not working properly. So I hereby want apeal for a satishfactory soloution of my problem. Thanking you
