Bsnl cellular phone services
Company not accepting unsuscription

Dear sir,

iam a user of BSNL CELLULAR SERVICES, with my prepaid cell phone no. 9441657611. few months back they messaged me that i subscribe for BSNL MOBILE RADIO and for that every month 4th day they are getting Rs. 19 from my prepaid balance.

i called for assistance to customer care operator, they said it is not to there service and called the messed number for help. message came from 126300, where it is a interactive voice response system and its functional language is kannada, there is no information for un-subscription.

please kindly help me and save my money.
