Arred outgoing calls n gprs service

I have taken new sim of aircel few days ago n was working well,

frm yesterday this no. is barred for the outgoing calls n also for the gprs service due to non submission of my i.d, but i hav submitted it already to the dealer and dealer saying he has submitted the it.

but im the one who is facing prob n dont know wat to do
