Poor customer service

My landline is not working for the past 15 days I almost register my complaint every alternate day online and almost followup with Keelkattalai exchange. None of the officials have ever called us to followup with the complaint.

I requested them saying I have two senior citizens at my home and phone is essential for me to keep them in touch. But totally a lethargic and casual approach so far.
