Incorrect information by 2 representatives

HI,

Last week I took a new tat docomo sim and contacted customer care for best std plan. They asked me to recharge with Rs. 14 and night STD calls to docomo will be 1 paise for 5 secs

I confirmed the same plan with another customer care representative.

Now, when I have cancelled and thrown my previous sim card, I find that this scheme is only for local calls and the customer care representative is shamelessly saying sorry for incorrect information. This is frustrating.
