My landline phone number (24962522) is dead for the past 8 days. I have lodged complaints with the concerned telephone exchange 3 times so far. And upon every complaint I am getting prompt acknowledgement SMS to my mobile number, with new complaint number each time. This shows that they are not bothered about the previous complaints. I don't see any guilty feeling expressed by the staff. Please do the needful.
