We have a broad band connection under ULD900 plan which is supposed to be upto 4Mbps speed. But till date the speed has not improved more than 1.5Mbps. Why is it so?

I tried with the exchange regarding this issue and they seem to be highly courteous and obliging but could not help in this issue.

When I tried 1504 around 12:30 today the executive said that there was a problem throughout tamilnadu and will be rectified in 30 mins. But till 15:30 nothing happened. Again when I called 1504 they said that your complaint will be attended in 24 hrs like an IVR system.

Kindly do the needful.
