Landline Phone Not Working

My Landline Phone No 04426370548 is not working from 02.05.2012.We have reported on 23.05.2012 to the Avadi telephone exchange. But nobody cares to fix it. But i'm receiving the bills regularly for this unused phone.

Please help me to correct it.
