Sir,
by this complaint i want to bring to your knowledge that im regular user of B.S.N.L. Pre - paid services but from so long time im facing very sever problem while communicating such as call drop, no proper voice from other side etc. This makes mental harassment to me every time while calling.
i request to please redress my complaint and if possible claim for compensation.
