Poor connection, poor customer service

I have a UL750 plan from a small town in Tamilnadu.

For getting the connection, we had to go thru raj-style licensing and approval which took 15 days. The employees at the local office came to seat at 11:00 AM and promptly took off at 4:00PM (including 1hr lunch and tea sessions). For getting anything done, you would be shuttled across 2 or 3 desks before you would get an answer.

Motherf***ers, what a waste of people's money.

Then the a**holes never showed up to configure the modem. I had to do it myself looking at internet tutorials.

All this and the broadband link is spotty and is slow at 256Kbps, not the promised 2Mbps.

No wonder people are leaving small towns to settle in metros.
