I have taken a new landline phone (FTH) in December from BSNL, Thrikkakara Exchange. The phone number is 2972018. I got the internet connection also enabled with the connection. Till date, I have not rerecived any bill/invoice from BSNL. Please rectify this issue and send me the bill from December ro March at the earliest.
I want to change the internet connection to unlimited. Since I dont have the consumer number, I am unable to do that online.
Pelase do the needful for issueing me the telephone/internet bill asap.
