Telephone line is always down

I am residing at Dhyari phata, sinhgad road, Pune.

My franchisee has office in Manas housing society.

Everyday my telephone line is down. We need to tell the franchisee to always check line and start it.

This is happening from last 6 months.

Please corporate with us. We all people are facing same problem.
