Sir,
My landline phone no 120-2639425 is not working for since long. A complaint was logged on 13-03 and 20-03 at Rajinder Nagar sahibabad exchange. The complaint was attended on 20-03 and the phone was worked for that day only. Then very next day phone is still almost dead like as past for 4 months.
Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter to solve out the problem earlier.
