My name is Mr. H.D Jawa and my no. is 9810478962 . I have this no. for more than 8 years now, last december i received a bill of rs.5600 which included calling charges and value added services, which were never used on my phone. I reached a settlement figure of rs.4000 with Airtel and asked them to take these services of my no. and they confirmed.
Bills for Jan, Feb and March included calling charges which i have paid and Value Added Services amounting to rs. 4000. I tried getting in touch with the representatives and launched numerous complaints but nothing happened and they have now disconnected my no.
Now after 4 months I am waiting for them to reply with a possible solution.
