Poor customer care service/ number portability problem

First of all, as per your website n t.v adds said, you are the no 1 telecom service provider.. Thats not true.. Just sent a mail to TRAI about that.. Your consumer services are so poor.. Those 1503 (constomer care executive dnt knw anything except, do call back after 4 hr)

Thats a trash.. Also, i want to port ma number to other service provider .. But ur customer care representative are not so helpful again..

Itz been 2.5 days since i m trying to deal with those customer care representative to get ma no port to other service..

Is this how bsnl management works.. Atleast do sort out those cust care people with their quality n mannar basis..

They dnt even knw how to talk, they are not ma superiors..

Kindly, just do follow whatever process you want to n just give me that unique id no for port ma bsnl no..
