Dedution my balance illiegally

Sir,

my number is 9861215545 . in the 8th of June i have a

balance of approx Rs90 but suddenly it had come to Rs.00.00 in 9th

June and i had tried a lot to consult to customer care . and

they are cheating me a lot . then i have decided to mail

it . they are telling me it is for gprs uses but i have gprs pack then why they deducted from my main balance..
