Telephone fault and misuse

My mothers phone no.2224383 is not working since 05/07 and despite several complaints it has not been repaired

instead if we call this number phone is being picked at some other number which means my line has been connected to some other house which is leading to misuse of my phone

Needful should be done immediately to attend the fault
