For the past 6months the BSNL landline has not been working. I have tried contacting their Manager Mr Mukesh on several occasions complaining about poor service, however they have never been of any help and nowadays he doesn't even pick up my calls. I am paying their bills for the last six months Rs1, 000 each month without rendering to the landline service restoration. I am not sure if this complain will eventually go to them. I camt register the complain online BSNL portal, since I haven't received a single copy of the bill so I donot know my Customer Id number.
