We recently closed our Telephone connection with BSNL (Himachal Pradesh) in Nagrota. We paid all dues and now they say that we have to show us the prove of the bills that we deposited. It is strange that they dont have any record in the database and they are asking us to produce bills. I have seen this first time that a telephony company doesnt have any information and they are asking from the customer itself.
