Incorrect balance deduction

My docomo prepaid GSM number got activated yesterday (July 18). Prior to that I have recharged for Rs.150 and also a special pack Rs.95 (Internet Pack).

I have made a maximum of 4 or 5 calls. But I when I check my balance it is showing Rs. 0.00 and GPRS pack is also not activated. I had interactions with customer care executives. Every time I could hear that “system is very slow and not able to retrieve information – please call after 3 hours ”.

I am not able to call 121 after 3 calls, “All customer care executives are busy right now. Please call after some time” is the repeated

words I hear. No help from customer care.
