BSNL Hyderabad
Land Line not working

I have applied for a BSNL land line at the following address.

H.No. 3-6-779/3A, 1st Floor

Himayath Nagar

Hyderabad - 500029

Telephone instrument has been given and number was informed as 040-27663241. But, even after a lapse of about 20 days, the phone is not activated.

After lot of enquiries, I was given telephone no. 27660065/27612062 to complain as the phone pertains to Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad. But surprisingly, I am continuously getting no reply.

Please get the connection activated immediately.
