Deduction of Rs. 28/- on account of hello tune, whereas I have not requested for the same

I am having prepaid mobile No. 9406883593 from BSNL. On today at 17.00 hours, I got a message from BSNL that Rs. 28/- has been deducted on account of hello tune but I have never requested for this service, Also I am unable to contact customer service centre as they are not responding. Pl ask them to debit the amount immediately to my account.
