BSNL ITC Universal Calling Card
Can't able to make as per the procedure given in website

I bought a Universal ITC Calling Card of Rs. 300 Tax.

I can't able to make calls using the procedure they given in website. I get those information from http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/uitc.htm. But its not work out for me and tried many times in my BSNL land line number.

Guys... Don't buy ITC cards any more. They are fraudulent. Will i get the amount back (refund)? I am also one of the victim of this. please help.
