Stoppage of service for no reason

Dear Sir,

It is shameful that the services of AIRTEL are deteriorating every day and despite the fact of submitting the documents on 29.11.2011 at the AIRTEL outlet Vidhyadhar Nagar the phone has been stopped in the same manner as it was stopped on 29.11.2011 abruptly without making any conversation with me. I am not happy with your services and not going to continue the services with you any more.

Further, the executive attending the call was so rude and was not in mood of checking the status of things explained to him, which is not expected from a company engaged in customer oriented business. Below is the mail of the ocassion of similar act dated 29.11.2011 for ready reference. I suggest everyone with same grievance should opt out of AIRTEL .

It is sad to inform that incoming & outgoing calls on my phone no. 9928920337 has been stopped in abrupt manner. Whem I tried to make call, I came to know that for want of some documents, the services have been stopped and that the same will be re-stored in 03 hours. But I am sorry to inform that the same has not been re-stored yet. I was told that the documents can be submitted within next 03 days.

Please take it as complaint and respond to me positively by morning.
