My land line connection No 0141-2782997 provided with Broad Band is out of service from last 15-20 days. A complaint was registered on BSNL phone No 0141-2782198 with Complaint No. Ha 1000399670, but no one attended it. Today a fresh complaint has been registered with No. Ha 1000473646 as old complaint is not traceable. Please attend it urgently. There is some problem in the line, as some time we are getting incoming calls, but most of the time there is no dial tone.
