If log my compaint 15-20 days before to you and BSNL Jalandhar office regaridng installation of Broadband connection of bearing 0181-2712916, but upto till date there is no any action have been taken regarding this. We have many times contact wth SDO, JE, BSNL Employees but no one gives response. Is there is no one who attend our compaint. Why BSNL publish false news in Newspaper (i.e. in today dainik Bhaskar Newspaper regarding 75% deduction in tarrif in broadband), if you are unable to gives service. This is not good for your Company and not for us. If you are not providing us proper service. If you do not attend our complaint with this week. Then we will disconnect our connection along with Consumer Compaint Form, why we do not want to be customer of your BSNL.
