Billing issue

R/sir,

There has been an issue with Bsnl about bill from jan to june.during this period my landline was totally dead and complaint was being registered in jan which remained pending till june. But the company issued the bills of these months. I even wrote an application to gmtd Jammu twice for deduction of bill but till now no action has been taken from their side. The company has been famous for their nawaabi attitude. So, therefore, i request you to take some action.
